All items are carefully handmade by me and most are made
when your order is placed. Because of this, please allow
approximately 5-10 business days for your order to be shipped.
If you need something sooner, let me know and I'll do my best!
Payment options
You can pay via Paypal, or we accept checks and money orders
made out to Lisa Kelley. (Please note that your items will be
shipped after we receive your payment.) We are required by law
to charge sales tax in the state of PA. Shipping & handling
All products will be packed and shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Shipping costs are based on your location. Orders are usually
shipped within 5-10 business days of the time we receive your
payment. Shipping time for custom orders will be discussed
at the time of order placement. Returns
We hope that you will love your milkshake product. However, if
there is a defect or you are not satisfied, please contact us within
1 week (of receipt) and we can work together to resolve the problem.
Shipping costs for any returns are the buyer's responsibility.
Custom orders cannot be returned. Wholesale
We welcome wholesale inquiries! If you would like information,
please email milkshakecrafts@comcast.net. Include your shop name,
contact person and reseller's ID. Please write "wholesale" in the
subject line. Privacy policy
Your personal information is never shared with anyone. It is only
used to provide the products and services you request. Your credit
card info is not kept on file. If you'd like to place a custom order,
